Screws and waterproof gaskets are used for fixing the plate. Screws cannot be used alone. The best screw pitch is 400mm. During the installation process, the fixing strength of screws and plates should not be too large.
The polycarboante panels must be reamed for installation. If it is a 4mm diameter screw, at least drill a 6mm diameter hole. In summer, it is recommended to drill an 8mm hole. If the hole expansion is not done, when the temperature is lowered, since the shrinkage ratio of the sheet is greater than that of the metal, the screw may crack the sheet.

. Selection of sealant
polycarbonate panels is not resistant to acid and alkali, and the sealant should be butyl waterproof tape or neutral silicone rubber.

 Panel installation distinguish front and back
There is a UV co-extruded layer on the sun-facing side of the board, which can effectively block ultraviolet rays and delay aging. Install the front and back of the board correctly. The distinguishing method is that the side with the text pattern is the sun-facing side, and the side of the milky white protective film is the opposite side of the sun.

Treatment of the protective film on the polycarbonate
PE protective film is attached to the surface. During construction and installation, the bottom milky protective film can be peeled off, the plate is lowered and placed on the frame, and the front protective film is about 100mm away from the joint of the plate for joint construction and installation. The rest of the protective film will be removed after construction and installation are completed.
Note that after the construction is completed, if the protective film needs to be covered, it can be uncovered and then covered on the surface of the board. It is necessary to expose the film directly to sunlight, otherwise the protective film will stick to the surface of the board under high temperature exposure and it will not be easy to peel off. (Of course, if the above situation occurs, you can wipe the surface with alcohol after the temperature drops to help peel off the protective film.)
