The production line of twin wall polycarbonate
First of all, the production line of the polycarbonate appeared in front of everyone. The entire site is 32 meters long. From the initial raw material of polycarbonate pellets to the final finished sheet, there are more than ten steps to process.
This is our feeding system, and all sheet materials are processed from here. Friends, you can clearly see that all of our raw materials are made of new materials without adding any regrind. After the raw materials are put in, they are extruded, shaped, heated, hauled, filmed, cut and other processes are finally made into a sunshine board.
This is the extruder. After the first heating, the raw material is extruded through the extruder, and then the extrusion die controlled by the digital control system is beginning to shape. The next step is to start the first traction process to stretch the sheet, and then to heat it for a second time before laminating. Tips: Our film can be customized according to the quantity~ After the film is covered, a secondary traction is required to control the weight and thickness of the board. Finally, the final size of the sheet must be determined by a cutting knife, and manual dust blowing is required after all the procedures are completed.
The production line of solid polycarbonate
Polycarbonate products are now widely used in life as the world’s four major engineering plastics. Its high temperature resistance and impact resistance make it stand out among many plastics. Now it is mainly used in engineering exterior wall covering, indoor partition, highway sound insulation wall and architectural decoration. Next, I will enter the factory’s sample room to explain our company’s main products in detail~
First of all, this is the company's main canopy, which is assembled from PC endurance boards and plastic or aluminum parts. PC endurance board used as a rain shed can withstand heavy winds and heavy rains in bad weather, and the board with UV coating also has the function of absorbing ultraviolet rays to better protect it. Secondly, this is a carport made of aluminum profiles and PC endurance panels. This one is a single aisle carport with a height of 4 meters, a width of 2 meters and a length of 3 meters. Compared with the traditional carport design, the carport using PC endurance board is simpler and more resistant to impact in bad weather. The carport uses a 4 mm endurance board as the top cover, which can also be loaded with snow in winter, and can withstand up to 30 cm of snow. Secondly, the concealed water flow system used in the carport can maintain the water flow function under the premise of ensuring the beauty.
