Precautions for storage, transportation and use of PC corrugated sheets:

1 It is forbidden to contact with the wet cement surface and the surface of acid and alkaline substances.

2 It is forbidden to contact with organic solvents and glues and paints composed of them.

3 The frame is clean and the surface of the inlay groove must be flat. The dust and dirt on the surface of the PC corrugated sheets are generally wiped with a soft cloth or sponge with a neutral detergent, and then rinsed thoroughly with water.

4 Select the correct sheet thickness, allowable radius of curvature.

5 Pre-drilled holes should be drilled to install the fixing screws, and the hole diameter should be 1.5 times the diameter of the screw. Screws that are too tight can cause stress.

6 Use neutral glass glue and suitable backing material, not PVC material.

7. Power tools (tungsten carbide saw blades) must be used when cutting; the plate must be fixed to avoid vibration; do not tear the protective film when cutting.

8. If you need to mark the line before cutting, mark it on the protective film as much as possible. If you must mark it directly on the board, please use a crayon, and avoid using sharp tools to mark.
