Polycarbonate cold bending: In order to meet the convenience of transportation or installation, Polycarbonate board sometimes needs to be bent directly under normal temperature conditions on site. In this case, the bending radius is required to be greater than 275 times the thickness of the board itself. It is recommended to enlarge this value for outdoor use. This can reduce the tension of the plate and extend the service life of the polycarbonate.
Cold Bending Note: Although the Polycarbonate board can be cold-formed directly with equipment or manually at normal temperature, it can reach a right angle of 90 without any cracks or burrs. However, it is recommended to bend the Polycarbonate board successfully at one time to avoid repeatedly changing the angle and repeatedly bending and bending, which will affect the impact resistance of the bending part of the board.
