(1) Transmittance:
The light transmittance of PC board reaches 89%, which is as beautiful as glass. UV-coated board is not easy to cause yellowing when exposed to natural light. When it is atomized, the light transmission is not good. After ten years, the light transmission outflow is only 6%, and the flow rate of PVC reaches 15%-20%. Glass chemical fiber is 12%-20%.
(2) Anti-collision:
The impact compressive strength is 250-300 times that of ordinary glass, 30 times that of acrylic sheets of the same thickness, and 2-20 times that of explosion-proof glass. There are no cracks when dropped under 2 meters with a 3kg hammer. There is "no glass". And the reputation of "Xianggang".
(3) UV protection:
One side of the PC board is coated with an anti-ultraviolet (UV) coating, and the other side has an anti-cold solution, which integrates anti-ultraviolet, heat insulation and anti-drip. It can block ultraviolet rays from passing through, and properly maintain precious handicrafts and exhibits so that they will not be damaged by ultraviolet rays.
(4) Lighter weight:
The ratio is only half of that of glass, saving the cost of transportation, handling, installation and supporting point structure.
(5) Flame retardancy:
According to the national industry standard GB50222-95, the PC board is flame-retardant grade one, that is, grade B1. The ignition point of the PC board itself is 580°C. After the mysterious fire, it extinguishes itself. It is not easy to cause harmful gas when it is ignited, and it is not easy to promote the spread of fire.
(6) Flexibility:
The cold drawing method can be selected on the construction site according to the design drawings and installed into an arc-shaped, semi-circular roof and window. The bending radius is 175 times the thickness of the selected plate, and it can also be bent.
(7) Noise reduction and sound insulation:
The actual effect of PC board sound insulation and noise reduction is significant, and it has better speaker dielectric strength than the same thickness of glass and acrylic board. Under the same thickness standard, the sound insulation of PC board is 3-2DB higher than that of glass. Internationally, it is the preferred raw material for highway noise barriers.
(8) Environmental protection and energy saving:
Keep cool in summer and heat insulation in winter. PC board has a thermal conductivity (K value) lower than that of ordinary glass and other plastics. The actual effect of heat insulation is 7%-25% higher than that of the same glass, and the heat insulation of PC board is 49% larger. In turn, the heat damage is greatly reduced, and it is used in engineering buildings with warm machinery and equipment. It is a new type of environmentally friendly material.
(9) Temperature adaptability: it does not become soft at 135℃, it is structural mechanics in a harsh environment, and there is no significant change in physical properties.
